Finally I am updating the blog!! Little Blake is 16 months and is the sweetest little boy. He loves to give hugs and kisses and loves to smile. He loves his Daddy and he and Ty run to the door everynight Daddy comes home. Blake also adores Ty and trys to do everything he does, especially climbing
Dan and Ty fell asleep during one of their jammy parties. Ty loves to stay up later than Blake and have a party with Dad sometimes I am even invited. It usually involves fruit snacks and watching dirt bike races

Blake got a vaccum for christmas and loves to follow me around and vaccum

Ty is 4 and loves going to preschool. He loves dirt bikes and tells us everyday that he wants to move to a farm so that we can build a dirt bike track around the house! He loves to read and loves to make people laugh. He loves to play with his geo track but not with me as I don't make as fun of tracks like Dad does. He makes me laugh with the things he says, the other day I picked him up from preschool and he sat down by the playground on the way out and says "Mom, this is where all the fun happens." I love him

Our two little blessings. I love to dress them alike and since they are still little they think it is cool, I am sure this will be ending soon. We are so thankful to have these little boys and I love that I get to stay home and play all day with them. They are always making me laugh and smile. So hopefully this post will be the start of many more so that I can actually have an excuse to take more pictures

Dan and I took the kids to see UP at the movie theatre, Ty was so excited to meet Grandma, Colleen and Janet there. The movie was awesome, although I did cry an awful lot for a kids movie. Afterwards we did some shopping and Ty had ice cream. Ty had a blast and thanks guys for meeting us there and sharing the day with us.

I have so much to be thankful for. I have a wonderful husband who works so hard for our family, and loves us so much. I have the best sons in the world. I am so lucky to be their mom. They make me smile each day, and I am thankful for the love they give me.

Ty loves his dirt bike, we try to take him once a week (weather permitting) to the dirt bike track. He loves it, he loves going fast. He is really good and hates to leave the track. Last week he told me on the way home. "Mom, I am going to talk to the man on the moon and tell him to not let the moon come out, so I can ride my dirt bike longer." I can't believe he is so big. I am so proud of him. I love being his mom!

We wish you a Merry Christmas!

We hope you all had a Merry Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas, My two sisters Colleen and Janet and my nephew Tyler spent the night on Christmas eve, Ty started asking around 5pm to go to bed so Santa could come. We had a great evening playing Wii and laughing so hard. Tyler got rock band for Christmas and that was a blast playing it Christmas day, Dan is a great lead singer and Tyler plays an awesome guitar. Here is a video of Christmas morning with Ty and Blake. Ty was so excited to see that Santa had come and was so excited to open his gifts. Thank you so much for all the gifts we received we are really blessed to have such wonderful family who give so much to our children. Ty was so excited to receive his village from aunt Lisa and uncle Kevin, when he opened it he said "this is just what I was dreaming of." He also was so excited to see his new dirt bike that he ran to it and hugged it. Thanks Lisa and Kevin, we can't wait till next year when we hope to spend Christmas with you!

Sunday November 2 was a special day as Dan got to give Blake his blessing. It was wonderful to have my family as well as my aunt Jean and cousin Lisa her husband Steven and her children, and Terry's brother Brad and his family who came to share the day. Thank you to Colleen for making Blake the most beautiful blanket for the special occaision. It is made with the most beautiful baby blue silk yarn and has a white ribbon threaded through the blanket. It was such a special day and I am so thankful to a wonderful husband who gave our son a beautiful blessing.

Halloween was so fun this year. Ty was a Pirate and had a blast bothe Trick-or-Treating and passing out the candy. It was so funny Ty would give the girls who came the good candy and the boys would not get so much. He knows how to win the lady's hearts. Ty turned Three on Saturday September 20. I can't believe he is so big! We had a great time eating pizza, painting bird houses, presents and just playing!!! Happy birthday Ty!!

Blake Aaron Salda joined our family Tuesday September 16th at 4:29pm. He weighed 8lbs 12oz and was 20in long. He is a blessed little boy as he had a true knot in his cord. The doctors kept saying he had a guardian angel watching over him. Dan will add the video of the knit and Blake right after birth. It was so good to have Dan's sister Lisa here with us for the week. Ty just loves her so much, and loved to take Aunt Lisa to the zoo. Thank you also to my Aunt Jean and my mom and Tyler for coming to the hospital, or should I say for sitting around all day while my c-section kept being pushed back.

So my sisters gave me a sewing machine for Christmas, and I have been wanting to learn to sew. So my mom came up and we went shopping for material for baby blankets. I made three blankets two for Blake and one for Ty so they can have the same blanket. Thanks to my mom for showing me the ins and outs of my sewing machine, and it was actually really easy, I was so excited that my seams were straight. Thanks Mom!!! I am ready for the next project.

My sisters Janet and Colleen, gave me the best baby shower on Saturday. It was so great to have so many people come! The games were so fun, except I did not do very good, I will just blame it on my pregnancy brain. The food was awesome, my mom and Janet made the best baked french toast!!! And Blake got so many great gifts, the cutest clothes, blankets and toys. Thank you so much to everybody who came and gave so much. I feel so loved and blessed. I just can't wait to meet this little man and to watch Ty and Blake grow and be brothers!

We had a great 4th of July. Two of my sisters and my nephew came up for a BBQ, then we headed to Estes Park for the Fireworks. Ty loves the fireworks, and now asks every night to go see them. We hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th of July.

We are so excited to be having another little boy join the family. I have been trying to post the ultrasound pictures, but the computer doesn't like them so as soon as Dan gets back from Canada I will have him help me. Ty will be an excelent big brother, and I know he will love to teach Blake all the cool tricks he knows. We are so blessed to be able to have these wonderful children in our family, and can't wait to meet the newest member.

Dan and I were married 5 years ago on May 3rd. It has been so wonderful being married to Dan!! I love him with all my heart. I am so thankful, for him and all he does for me, and I am so grateful that he was able to take me to the temple one year later. I am so lucky to be sealed to him for time and all eternity. Thank you for all your love and support. I love you Dan.

So after many months we have a lot to post and update. We are expecting baby number 2!! and are so excited, even with all the sickness. Three and a half more weeks and we will find out boy or girl. Ty also thinks there is a baby in his tummy. I love Ty and thank him for his patience with me being so sick, he always pats my back as says "it's ok mommy, just spit." I love him so much. Dan has a new job only 5 minutes from the house so, we are staying here in Dacono! This is the closest he has ever been to a job, he can't believe how clean his truck is staying, and that he uses more gas to go to the dirtbike tack then to work. Ty and I are so proud that he got the job and promotion, we know he will be a great manager. We love you Dad! We have been truly blessed these last few months, and are so excited to be staying as we love our friends, and love to be close to some family.

The first thing Ty said when he woke up this morning was "Did it snow yet mom?" He has been wanting to build a snowman since june I think. So he was so excited to see the snow and couldn't wait to go out and play. We built a snowman and had a great time in the snow. We also made Turkey headbands for Thanksgiving. We hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving. I am very thankful for my husband and son. I love you guys!!!

Hi Mom!!

Here is our first blog. Ty had a great Halloween, he was a baseball player, but not just any baseball player he was Matsui, although he calls him Sui. Ty loves anything that includes a ball, and we had a blast cheering for our Rockies!!!! Ty's other favorite player is Tulo! We spend most of our day in the kitchen or outside playing ball. Watch out he has a great arm for a lefty.

This was a great month as we also took Ty to a pumpkin patch. He had a great time riding on all the rides, he rode on the train, airplanes and even got to ride on a horse. He had a blast, and we now have a painted pumpkin to remember our day by.
